I have read several posts that claim that with DVD2ONE and IFOEDIT it's possible to record four episodes that will play each episode as a chapter.
This would allow you to advance to each episode with the chapter button on your DVD remote control,no individual chapters. I can't get it to work! The posters don't respond to posts or PM's. I'm guessing that this method doesn't really work?
Does anyone know that it works? If so could you tell me step by step how to make it work?

  2. Please be more specific: Four episodes of what? A multi-episode DVD, such as Soprano's / x-Files / Star Trek? OR you say TV episodes, which would be TV capturing that you want converted to episodes and burnt on DVD. The steps are different. Yes, both are possible. You simply dont understand VOB ID's / Chapters / Cells (DVD Navigation/Menu's). Perhaps checking out MPUcoders websight or even the IFOedit website would benifit you. I know there are guides for multi-episode disks on the web. If your still completely baffled, perhaps we can help you out.

  3. wulf,

if not mistaken, i think it's when you 'create ifo's' in ifoedit.. after clicking 'create ifos', a window opens up.. i forget what the options are but it says something like, 'create ifo at each pgc..' or something like that, then you import the 1st vob file of the set.. (i'm at work, don't have it in front of me..).. sorry.

or have you tried that method already? if so, i don't know...

Specific: Star Trek TNG episodes. Four per DVD as separate PGC's in eight vob files controlled by one ifo on the DVD. What are the steps??
