    I'll make a easier question as no one answer to my last post :

    I have a dvd-r with a mpg1 ntsc movie (29 fps) ac3 audio !

    What is the best way to extract that mpg1 file and audio to convert to mpg1 (or mpg2 if possible) PAL (25 fps) .

    The movie as no protection or region code.
