Hi,
I am trying to re-encode an SVCD movie into DVD PAL defaults. The SVCD is NTSC and when i encode it in PAL the video seems to be laggy - like normal speed then slows down. I dont know whether its going to be that noticable when i burn it, but id like to know if i can prevent it. BTW im using TMPENG

What framerate is your source video? Is it 29.97, or 23.976 frames per second?
Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything...
