need help burnign a dvd

hi i just bought a dvd burner and have burned 3 successfully but they were img files when i burn them. yesterday i came across a different type of dvdr. when i unrared it it has a video folder with all these .vob files wich i know are dvd files but how do i burn a successful dvd if i have those?
