  1. I mailed them 3 movies back and they only received 1... wtf? Anyone ever had a problem like this? I don't want them to think I stole them or something.

  2. How long has it been? I had them send me a DVD and it took it two weeks to go from California to Nevada LOL. Anyway if you email them they will write it off however if it happens a lot they will start charging you for the lost ones. I love NetFlix and in general have had excellent service from them.

There's an option on the Netflix site to report shipping problems. I sent two discs about eight days ago (usually takes 1 day), so I reported them as sent but missing.

this is probably in the wrong forum, though.

I've used 'em for 3 years now and only one problem.

They sent me a broken disc. Reported it on the website, and recieved what looked to be a brand new disc in 4 days.

Sometimes they get alittle behind on the paperwork. When I send 8 back at the same time, they recieve 4 on Tuesday, 3 on Wed., and the last one thursday.

    Give it a few days.

  6. Yeah, I really haven't had any serious problems.

When they tell me to expect a dvd, I receive it a day before they estimated which is nice.

Only problem I had was my first shipment of 3, in it I received the wrong disc (Spiderman in a All in the Family season 1 sleeve)

They fixed it no prob, with very little time in between.

I was surprised at how fast and overall good they are. They also have an excellent selection. Especially for TV show episodes that I can't rent at the local Blockbuster or Hollywood Video.

Very happy so far knock on wood
