    Iīm capturing now direct to mpg(mpeg2) format, and still donīt know how to put text/logo/Watermark in mpg(mpeg2) files, because the virtualdub doesnīt handle mpg2 files. Do you know how to solve this only with the TMPGEnc, at least ?

    Take a look at using AVISYNTH - lots of links/info on this site (or look at http://www.avisynth.org/). I'm new to using it so I can't give specific instructions on how to add a watermark but from the examples I've seen it can be done.

    You can use the overlay feature in ulead movie factory 2 save the text or watermark as a .png file and it will have a transparent background.

    If you like using virtualdub, go to http://es.geocities.com/dextstuff/#VirtualDub to get various virtualdub mods, including ones to make it handle mpeg 2 files
