  1. In dvd2one i get the chance to keep audio with 3 selections
    ACS 6CH ENG
    DTS 6CH ENG
    I selected them both to be sure but did i need to what are they what do they mean and what are they for etc etc etc..................................

  7. dts take up as much space as the 6ch ac3 track. as for whats the difference not really sure. just more dvd players can play ac3 then dts. then again this is stuff that i have read or heard haven't really looked into it.

  9. keep the DTS track only if your stereo system supports it. You will not have any sound if DTS is not supported by your audio system.
    Ac3 will give you sound on any setup. So if your DVD player is connected straight to your tv, you still will have sound.
    Example: I used DTS only for Behind Enemy Lines copy. On my DVD player hooked up to my stereo system, I have great surround sound output. If I try this same disc in my bedroom where the DVD is hooked straight to the tv, I have no sound at all. Remember ac3 works anywhere, DTS has to be supported by the rest of your setup.

  10. I usually select AC3 and DTS simply because I have DVD player and AV reciever capable of decoding both. Surround sound is extremely important to me so the very slight loss of video quality is well worth it. For most applications though, select AC3 as the default.

  11. any program that i have used tells you what the audio is ac3 6ch, ac3 2ch dts, etc.
