    Hey
    I have Orgazmo in 25 fps PAL and want to convert to a one cd vcd in NTSCfilm (23.976 fps). BUT i dont want to lose any audio NOR video quality what so ever

    Changing FPS is not simple, especially for newbies. If re-encoding is involved, quality loss is inevitable. There are several ways to do it: VirtualDub, Avisynth, or TMPG. Simplest is just load your source into TMPG and choose NTSC Film template, TMPG will do the dirty work for you.
