Ok I checked out the forum search button before hand and did some research!
This is what I want to do! Buy a digital camcorder( Don't know what mode). Make some good quality videos and edit them and burn them on a cd for distribution to family members.

What do I need to achieve this goal. I will be using this site to educate myself because I have noticed alot of excellent help. I would just like alittle help from someone about what to buy to get going. I'm hoping that I don't have to spend a pile of cash to get started.
Any wise advise appreciated and thank you in advance
