Hi all,
Does anyone have any experience with burning VCDs onto 90 minute CDRs?
What is the compatibility like with (most) DVD players? (I notice this is a 'maybe' as a new option on the DVD player compatibility list, but not as yet)
More importantly, can you fit 2x 43minute video streams onto a 90 minute CD? I believe it is approximately minute-for-minute, as far as VCD quality video goes, so it should go with a minute to spare - I just want to be sure before I buy a whole spindle (plus get a new CD writer - my old HP 8x can't handle 90/99min CDRs)!
Thanks for any help you can offer!
BTW, sorry if this has been asked before but forum search didn't find anything![]()

Hi,
I use 99 min CD's and so far all DVD players that I've tried that play CDR's they have worked fine on.
I don't do VCD, but with SVCD I can fit 910Mb on to a 99 min CDR.
Hope this helps
