I typically use IFOedit and IMGtools and decrypter to burn DVD5's. But I downloaded IC7 and I have a question.

I ripped Bourne Identity with cladXP, I ran it through IFOedit and all that and my DVD will play perfect on my PC using WinDVD 4 or PowerDVD. Problem is that the file is 5.4 GB.

I just burnt it to DVD-RW with IC7 and the video played flawless until about 25 minutes into the movie (chapter 6) and then it just stopped and started playing a different movie (that I had burnt on that disc before) but I erased the RW disc. Is this just a product of old info that didn't get erased or do I have crossed wires somewhere in my IFO that is grabbing these VOB files from a different movie folder? Like I said, the movie plays perfect from the VIDEO_TS folder on the computer but has half the old movie on disc.

There are no menus or anything other than just the movie. I must say though IC7 is very good, I am impressed. Great quality, good file size, hassle free other than my little lapse of intelligence here.

  2. mine did this as well...i believe it is because it is a rewriteable disc and the way that cd-rw and dvd-/+rw gets erased is by burning a slightly deeper set of pits/valleys into the disc. the data is not done like floppies, which is magnetic.
anyway without getting really deep into it..if you erase the disc again then it should solve the problem. but i mean erase what is on it...so that is is "blank" and then erase again.
    hope that helps.
