Where can I get HeadAC3he? The link provided in the tools section doesn't appear to work.

although you will need some of the plug-ins that are on the offical site. You might try Doom9.org. They might list some alternates.

Yeah, I've gotten the headac3he-0.23a.rar file, but it seems I need something more which is only available on the main site which doesn't work. Doom9 sends me to the same non-working site.

Try Besweet and besweetGui. It allows you to manipulate .ac3 files in any number of ways.

Before you click download make sure that your firewall software (i.e. norton, zone alarm, etc.) is DISABLED. They use technology on their websites to deny any persons having such software enabled access to the files. You can re-enable it after you finish your download. If you still cant get the file email me at antjmon03@hotmail.com I should have it.
