    i am trying to cap through a dv cam and a firewire card
    i want to make high quality svcd's with the commericals taken out and that i can burn a 45-50 minute show to a cd.
    anyone else doing anything like this
    any recommendations for what software to use for each/all of the steps?

    Ulead VS 7.0 can do all of the above.
