    If I can ask anything can someone tell me what the *******'s going on with my e-mail , for some reason I cannot use a link that comes with my mail,, it keeps saying programme not found. By the way I use outlook express .

    Good ol' TGPO.

    Anyway back to the question, is is a link relating to a website (like this www.dvdrhelp.com) or is it like an attachment (i.e attached: document.doc).

    If the first one is right (the web link) you can just copy the link into your web browser's address bar and it will work.

    If the latter option is the go then you will need to have a program capable of opening that type of file. If you can't figure out what program opens the file then simply send an email back to the sendee and ask what program they used.
