I have a problem with two movies. All the rest, I have put the header trick on the SVCD to enable my dvd player to play them. There have been many that worked ...but two that I have used the header trick on have not come out to good. What happens is that when I burn the movie in NERO....and try to play it, the picture has green on the top and the bottom....I have heard of this before. But, my question is Why only these two out of the 50 that I have used the header trick on. What makes these two different? Is it bit rate speed....If so how can I slow that down? If not, does anyone know what this problem is? There has to be some difference in these two that the others that I have burned successfully. Just dont know what it is.
OK...After looking at all my MPEG2 videos...I noticed that the two that dont work have a bit rate over 2500...the one Im dealing with is 2525 . that is probably it. Now how do I lower the bit rate of an MPEG2 video?
