    I LIKE TO KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO FIX TWO BLACK LINE AT THE SAME TIME IN THE ULEAD VIDEO STUDIO 6 ON THE OVERLAY .OR WHICH
    PROGRAMME CAN DO THIS ?

    TMPG can do this. Load your video file and open the "Crop Frame" filter in the advanced section. Enter the number of pixels that you want matted out and click on the "Mask Top and Bottom" buttons. This will give you black (or indeed any other specified colour) bars on the top and bottom of your screen.
