    Yes 250 better being the 250 has full hardware encoding unlike that card is dosen't do the audio in hardware.

    But which one does the audio within the card? the pvr-250 or the provideo clone?

    PVR 250 has full hardware encoding, That other card (ProVideo PV256 Clone) has half hardware encoding
