I just downloaded and tryed this great program the other night. And it seems to have sucessfully copied the entire DVD-9 to a normal DVD-R.This is pretty great as the menues and everything from the original seem to be present.I don't know about you guys, but i want to backup more than just the main movie. The way i see it,the days of making lame half-assed backups ended when i bought a DVD-RW drive and ditched VCD/SVCD.
Although i noticed some of the extras, mainly the crappy movie trailors were definitly lower in quality. However the movie itself appears to be left alone,as there is very little quality difference. And i plan on getting rid of the uncescessary trailors later on if i can and doing the process again,to get an even better quality backup
Plus it seems to play great in my Apex ad-1500.Although i have not fully tested every little part out yet.
So what are your thoughts on the program people? Are the DVD-Rs created fully compatable with most players?

I'm using the official demo without the registry hack. I let IC do the burning for me, on Ritek 2x medium. These discs will even play in my Panasonic A110, a finicky player. Heck, some of my newer *store bought* discs refuse to play in it, but it plays IC burned discs just fine.
Glad to hear they work for you in an Apex 1500 because I just ordered one. -
