i just want to make sure, if i change a pal (25fps) to a ntsc film (23.976 fps) it just extends the film for a bit longer, is that how its suppose to be ? or is there a way to actually convert it, so i can encode my bacups at a lower bit rate and Ntsc res....
Thanks!
