    I have an NTSC DVD that i want to convert to PAL how?
    second question:
    how can i add subs to m2v file?
    or, how can i convert ssa to sup. ?

    I can't be of much help with the conversion, but...

    I wanted to do the same, but realised I didn't need to 'cos my dvd/tv play NTSC too.
