Copying DVD-R to DVD-R?

Hi,
Can I do a disc copy in RecordNow DX to copy a DVD-R backup I made from a DVD movie disc or does it have to be ripped again with DVD Decrypter?
It was a DVD-9 (2 layer) disc ripped with DVD Decrypter and compressed with DVD2ONE.
Also If I have a DVD-5 layer 1 movie can I use disc copy (disc to disc) to back it up?

To make copy of your dvd-r disc you can do a 1:1 copy.

to copy a dvd-5 to a dvd-r ou cant do a simple copy.
