Hi!

Silly problem... When I record video using my ATI TV Wonder, and then de-multiplex the file using TMPGEnc, the resulting audio file sounds awesome. However, once I create a VCD using the audio and video files, an annoying hissing sound can be heard in the background. This also happens when using Toolame as my external audio encoder. Anyone have any ideas how I can avoid this? Thanks!
