I'm having some trouble backing up Boondock Saints. I tried using DVD-Decryptor and DVDXCopy and they both aren't ripping everthing from the dvd. It's a DVD-5, so the whole thing will fit on a DVD-R, and when I look at the properties of the disc in windows explorer, it says it's 4.03GB, however, when I rip it, using either program, it's only 2.8GB.
I also tried just copying the data onto my HD, then using IFOEdit to remove macro and create an image, but I keep getting a 'cannot find imglib.dll' error.
If someone could PLEASE enlighten me as to what I need to do to make a proper backup, I'd greatly appreciate it!

@ Vandakeg, is this the NTSC version of the movie? If so, I backed it up two weeks ago and it was as simple as could be. I"m not sure why you are trying to go through IFOEdit at all, as the movie can be ripped with zero stripping and you can just burn. If you are ripping and getting only 2.8 GB's, then there is a problem with the movie not ripping in it's entirety. Run some DVD scratch repair solution on the movie. If the properties show 4.03 GB's, which sounds about right, and it is showing not even 3 gb's after the rip, then you are not including certain files. My suggestion would be to do what I did. First use that Scratch solution if you have it. If not, you should get some, it works great. Then Open DVD Decryptor in FILE mode. Hit "control A" and that will select ALL of the files. Rip the movie to a folder on your hard drive. Once DVD Decryptor is done, you will have ALL of the files, and they should be 4.03 GB's, and you can burn. It's two steps and no more for that movie. RIP & BURN.

Thanks Defense, that worked. I was in IFO mode when ripping before, and it would only rip half of the movie. DVDXCopy did the same thing. Anyway, it worked perfectly, thanks for the help!
