Hi to all and sorry if my question seems to some people like a stupid one...
I have a Pentium 4 at 2GHZ and 512DDR ram.
Time of encoding doesn't consern me......
Which algortihm should i use for BEST picture quality (not speed).
1) 64-bit floating point
or
2) 32-bit SSE2
?
this is my simple question and please excuse my poor english.
