DVD-R with 42

Hi I (have) tried ripping a DVD with 42...
But when it has finished the DVD, I only get a third of the movie???
Why
The quality of the movie is excellent, but would like to have the whole movie.. he he

By the way, how do I rip an other language besides the ones in the menu...
When it mount the dvd it finds all the other languages but how do i select the one I need..

You did put Forty-Two in DVD mode, right? If so, then are you using QuickTime with the MPEG2 Decoder codec installed? If so, try using VideoLAN Client (http://www.videolan.org) to preview the movie, and see if it's all there. QuickTime will only play about 2GB worth of the movie and ignore the rest with MPEG2 files. If only 1/3 of the movie is present when you use VLC to play it, then I have no idea.
