    What settings do you use for outputting to mpeg2? My configurations seem wrong. My file sizes end up real small will not good quality.

    I use the default settings for vob to divx
    this usually gives me decent sized divx (close to 70o megs)

    What are you settings specifically!
    perhaps that will help us determine why they are small


    Also, try Forty-Two for divx conversion you may get better results
