I am having trouble making DVD+R's. I successfully backed up a movie of mine onto DVD+RW, after a few trys following the guides on this site. Then i tried an R and after it was burned it was unreadable by windows and all players i tried it in. I used DVDdecripter and DVD2ONE as the guide specified. For burning i was unsuccessful with nero for the RW's but InstantWrite worked fine, so i used instant write for the R disc. After that disc was ruined I tried again, with the same failure. Next i tried different media, different burning programs and all 5 tries with DVD+R have been failures. I have the HP 200i with the newest firmware version 1.51. I'm mostly trying verbatim media and I also tried the HP disc that came with the drive. If any one has suggestions or other guides they have used from here that have better results with the HP drives, please let me know.
