    i am using win2k and ive noticed recently, within the past month or so, that when i click once on some pictures files and/or a video file i get an "explorer.exe has generated errors" message and it resets the icons on my desktop and some times i have to restart the comp all together cause it freezes up. whats the deal with this how can i fix it? please help thanks

    If you haven't installed sp2 and ie6, I would suggest that you do so. Fixed some internet explorer bugs for me.

    I`m using 2K SP3 and IE6.0SP1 and also have the problem that has appeared on two machines over the past few months. I think it could be one of the Hotfixes messing something up.
