Netflix... improved? Or service still sketchy?

I tried them about a year ago, and their delivery service started getting flaky, so I quit before they started making me pay for discs that were never delivered.

I'm wondering what the state is of their service... still flaky, or have they gotten better? Anyone a member?

I started using them in July of 2002 and they have always been reliable. I've only had one dvd lost in the mail (out of 70+). When they ship something it usually takes about 2 or 3 days to get to me (and about the same amount of time to get back to them.) With the turn-around time I get about 10-12 movies a month. I like them because I can get crap that I would never find at Blockbuster/Hastings/local video store. I would recommend them.
