    Have you tried make a dvd copy? using for example nero entire disc dvd/cd copier.

    How did you 'transfer the files to your HD'? Here's the easiest way to go:

    Just use DVD Decypter

    1) Mode | ISO - Read
    2) Make image
    3) Mode | ISO - Write
    4) Burn image
