  1. Hi, i've downloaded a svcd movie, and now when i want to load it in VirtDub it says:

    MPEG Import Filter: pack synchronisation error

    So now i'm stuck, please help me with this one

    Virtualdub does not support mpeg2. But you can get a modified version that does, called VirtualDub-MPEG2 v1.4.13

  3. I tried to convert the Svcd in VirtDub but it still gave an error after about 6%..
    It gave this error:
    MPEG Audio Decode Error: Not enough data to convert frame

    As you can see here:

    You may have got an unrecoverable error in the mpeg. I would start by using TMPG to demultiplex. See whether the demuxed files are approximately the same size as the original mpeg. If they are widely different then you have a problem stream. If they are roughly the same size, then multiplex again and see if it works.
