Quick question for successful Decrypter and DVD2one users

I've had the problems detailed in my thread below:

The question is, should I have only ripped the files which Decrypter automatically

selects in file mode (the main movie), then used these as "input" to DVD2one ?

What I did was rip all of the files in Decryptor, not just the main movie.

I am using Decrypter automatic selected file with 1 angle enable (I hate changing my settings). I select the ripped files in DVD2ONE and Burn with Nero. I uses my sony 650 DVD player to watch the movie with no problems.

i've also had the same problem when i use my sony player. it starts going crazy and skips chapters. should i change the settings on dvd decrypter?
