I have a back-up of a dvd that is NTSC....it plays fine in my set top dvd player but not in others....ie mine is mutli-regional....is it possible just to use IFOEdit to make it region free to play in all set top dvd players, or is this not possible as it will still be NTSC format...or will it be out of synch...new to this
