    vdub reports ..sampling rate 48000hz
    channels 5

  2. Have you tried the following which will change the sampling rate of the audio file?

    CLICK AUDIO => FULL PROCESSING MODE
    AUDIO => CONVERSION 44100 Hz
    PRECISION => NO CHANGE
    CHANNELS => NO CHANGE
    AUDIO => COMPRESSION
    NO COMPRESSION (PCM)

    FILE => Save Wav

    That **SHOULD** correct the problem

    Hope that helps :P

    Stop skipping though the guides read them

    requested compresion is not compatable with the input format check the rate sampling rate

    Its also telling you it has 5 channels !! = AC3

    So you need to save the audio in direct stream copy and convert later.

    Read the AC3 bit
    http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=138106

    Audio > Direct stream copy
    SAVE WAV

    Rename to .ac3

    etc etc
