Looking for bitrate calculator for CCE 2.66 DV AVI to mpeg 2

Hi guys,

I must of read every damm subject in the forum looking for a solution to my problem !! Can you help ?

I have 7, 26 Gig DV AVI file that are all edited and await to be encoded to mpeg 2, Problem being is that all the Avi file are 2 hrs in length and cannot be shortend, so, I need a bit rate calclator for CCE 2.66 to give a acurate VBR min-av,and max rates to use all available data on the discs.

Quality is a major issue so I do need to take advantage of every single mb on the disc.

Any other helpful hints on high quality encoding/conversion would be very greatful.
