  4. Well, considering that even commercial CD protections that costed several millions to develop can still be copied by simple programs such as clonecd and the like...

There are some programs out there for that, but don't expect too much out of it...

Put a big scratch on it, from the centre to the rim. That'll teach those damned so-called "friends".

Once you've made your SVCD, put it in a safe with a minimum 4" of homogeneous armored steel and never let it out of your sight when it is out. Practice these simple precautions, and I guarantee that no one will ever copy your disk!

    Or

you could drill a hole through it

but in all reality no copy protection will be successfull - with each new protection created - there will be a new way devised to crack it.

Hey guys (and the occational gal) - Stop mocking Charles. After all, he's a noob (haven't we all been?) judging by his # of posts, and there is actually a guide for it, so the question obviously isn't that wierd...
But of course I agree. There's no copy protection/encryption scheme that can't be cracked if you're determined (and knowledgeable) enough.

We aren't mocking Charles - just questioning the idea of being able to copy-protect stuff. The major corporations haven't worked out how to do this yet. 8)

I'm sorry about that misunderstanding about my detail (friends)
Where I mean is only to description more easy.
Because I want to implement it on project about company where I think to find about security about CD so that cannot being copy.
And then where i mean is copy where we use standard Cd Copy where is the most popular is nero and adaptec (i think) at least for beginner user he/she cannot copy.
