Geez JasonK you seem pretty critical. As I said earlier, I have read the others in the "mix" and I really believe that mine is a level of magnitude better for the simple fact that is in complete detail and picture.
I wasn't being critical, just pointing out that splitting isn't necessarilly necessary, although might be preferred. I realize some guides might not be very complete, but you have to draw the line somewhere. A certain basic level of understanding is often assumed, and some guides specifically mention that. If you've expanded on yours to help new users, then you should try to get it posted.
