Disregard my other post if u can answer this. I have come to the conclusion the TMPGEnc on my pc is having troubles changing a .mpeg4 v3 codec into .mpg1 vcd who can help, i am 56k and did not download 134mb of akira from morpheus for nothing, I am highly mad right now since all my other vcd's seem to work. What is the promblem?
