    Does anyone know how to convert video files to XSVCD format using TMPGEnc? I wanna keep the video bitrate just under 3000.

    www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgencxvcd

    Load the svcd template instead of the vcd.
    Change the bitrate to about 3000.
    Choose Super VideoCD under the System tab instead of VideoCD(non standard).
    Encode.
