    Does anyone have an idea why the gamecube roms will not be recognized in a cd rom drive? What kind of compression is it using? And can someone give me some info on how to make it a drive like the dreamcast.

    They're on 8 cm DVDs I believe (and hence not readable by CD-ROM drives).

    the GameCube uses specially developed media by Nintendo. It can't be read by any device except the GameCube.
