    Is there a way to convert a vcd back to mpg? What I'm trying to do is change some of my pal vcd's to ntsc. Any suggestions on the best way to do it?

    A vcd is mpeg. Open your vcd with PC and go to MPEGAV folder which contains it. It will probably contain it as a DAT (mpeg file with more data) file. To convert it back to pure mpeg run it through vcdgear.
    you know it's the anti-Midas touch when all you touch goes to shit..............
