svcd stutter when played on dvd

Everytime I play my svcd which I made with Tempgenc there has been major stuttering. I use the template that Tempgenc has provided about burning svcd. I burn with nero. What am I doing anything wrong? I use a panasonic-rv32 dvd player. If you guys have any good suggestions please reply. Thanks

i have the same dvd player and it wont play svcd,just goes in slow motion.
even tho in the user coments of dvd players some people say they can play svcd.

Did you encode at 23.976 film or 29.96 ntsc???

I use 29.96 ntsc.
