  1. When I go to the Visiontek web site, I get a snowed-in graphic that announces "Powered by ATI." Did ATI buy out the company? Does that mean that the Xtasy Everything, which beat the ATI All-In-Wonder for cleanness of video captures, is now a DEAD AND ABANDONED CARD???

    If anyone close to the business has any answers, I'd like to know. Please.

    the xtasy is still powered by nvidia -- in fact i can not find a ati logo as you mentioned anywhere on thier web site ..

    Trying going just to http://www.visiontek.com and tell us what you see. I see the nVidia FX fairy getting it's butt kicked by ATI.

    Yeah, I was very surprised to see Xtasy switching to ATI.

    I think I remember seeing that VisionTek was looking for a buyer a while back, looks like maybe they found one. Lately ATI has been trying to get their chips in cards made by other companies, so I guess it isn't surprising.
