    i have a crt monitr cable that adapts to s-video and rca tv connectors. if i hook that up to mmy video card would that makeit a tv-out function?

    i would only be allowed to hook up the tv though, would that be a problem?

    you would have to change your resolution to 640 x 480

    unless its a matrox card like mine where tv out is 800x600

    oh does it matter that its on board graphics? 2d/3d does that matter?
