Unwatchable video created from Ulead Picture Show

I had tried creating VCD using Ulead Picture Show on CDR. The sound plays well but the picture is filled with big pixels and became unwatchable on my Shinco DVD-180 player which is supposed to support CDR or CDRW. Menus are also OK. Had tried burning at 4x but no good either.

Can someone help ??

OK. Solved.

The problem lies with the driver used to burn the video. Using the Ulead built-in MMC driver, the video would not work. However, I selected the my internal CD-RW driver and the VCD works fine. I was only able to select the driver after I had downloaded 2 patches from Ulead.
