  1. Ii DOWNLOAD TMPGENC VERSION 12J , IN YOUR DOC U HAVEFOR USING THE TOOL TMPGENC FOR NO 3 TO LOAD THE UNLOCK.CFM.
    BUT THEN U HAVE AGAIN SING THE SAME TMPGENC THE DOC DO NOT HAVE UNLOCK. I HAVE TMPGENC 12J WHICH SHOULD I FOLLOW TO CONVERT AVI TO VCD

  2. if there's a setting greyed out that you want to change, load unlock. it just releases the 'fixed' settings in templates. it can be done at any time.

  3. Also, try releasing the caps lock key on your keyboard, that may help also.
