Hi
I have a problem with adding subs.
Iīm using the guide below, but I canīt add the *.vdr file to tmpgenc.
http://www.vcdhelp.com/srtsubsvirtual.htm
I have changed the Direct show multimedia file reader under env.settings.
Anyone who can tell me what Iīm doing wrong. I have read all the guides about adding subs on this site but if you want to add subs to burn to a cd you have to get it into tmpgenc some how.
Hope someone can help me
Sad Luke

try renaming your framserving file to yourmovie.vdr.avi instead of yourmovie.vdr

i had the complete opposite problem. i followed the guide and named it *.vdr.avi. tmpgenc wouldn't let me load it. so i remaned it to just *.vdr and it worked perfectly.

Adding subs can easely be done with virtualdub. Pulldown menu of video, choose filers, look up adding subs, select sub file (*.ssa) and push add. You need to have the subs in *.ssa. You can convert downloaded subs with the extension*.srt for exemple with a program called SRTtoSSA Conversor.
