I've been running a couple of AC3 audio files through VirtualDUB and stripping the audio, but when I take them into HeadAC3he, it crashes immediately upon starting. I have to delete it and reinstall it, then it will at least start before crashing.

It says Windows is shutting it down and it's writing an error log, but there are no error logs.

I have all the dlls installed that it requires. Any ideas?

Presuming you chose the correct set of Athlon .dlls (there are two) then the only thing I can suggest is it may be because you are running Win2k.
