I've been trying various programs, e.g. DVDx, Smartripper, and I can't rip the complete DVD. The DVD in question is a ABBA Definite Collection, with 35 chapters or tracks. Whatever I use, only rip half if that, and always the same. Whether it's being thrown into confusion because it has bonus stuff like picture gallery, I don't know. Some chapters include the last few seconds of the previous chapter. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Use DVD2SVCD to rip the music video out of a DVD. First find the length of the video and find the correct IFO and do a straight DVD to DVD 720x480 NTSC 9.8MB bitrate. If the video is around 3-4minutes long then the video will be around 250MB
