Apex 1200 + Ulead PictureShow VCD_Skip to next image?

I created a VCD image disc using Ulead PictureShow. My Apex 1200 player presents the first image fine (it's the slide show start page), but no matter what I do on the remote control, I can't get to the next image(s). The images all reside on the VCD disc and I can manually open them from my computer.

Short of updating Ulead to the latest patches, anyone have an idea how to get to the images/slideshow using the Apex remote?

VCD movies play fine as I have the unit that supports VCDs.

DUH! I kept pushing the "2" button to move to the next image, when, in fact, you *must* push "1" to start the whole thing off. This wasn't documented anywhere...
